Our Wonderful Christmas!!!

Oh our Holiday was so awesome!! Where to start!! Zachary I do not think is going to be one of those kids who wakes up at 3am to find out if Santa came. Because we have to travel to the West side for our X-mas with my in-laws, it means x-mas has to come really early at our house. So, 5 am rolled around, and neither Josh or I wanted to get out of bed. But, Ethan was wide eyed at that time like he normally is. This is the normal time that Mom gets up and goes to work in the morning, so he knew the routine. So, Mommy got up and went upstairs to get Zachary…..
I went into his room and quietly told him that Santa had come, and asked him if he wanted to go downstairs and see what he brought him!???? He quickly shook his head no. Hahaha
So I asked and asked if my poor buddy would get up, and the answer was No, time after time. So, Mommy just picked him up out of his bed, and quickly walked downstairs for him to see. The whole time, him kicking and yelling, pointing back upstairs, like, "Take me back to my bed!!" Hahahaha But, after he saw what Santa had brought him in the first package, things started to slowly move forward that he wanted to open more.
One at a time, Zachary opened some of his gift. Often, being so excited about what he got, he wouldn't move on to the next, without opening what he got, and trying it out first! This ofcourse was time consuming, and soon it was time to get up and get moving to the West side. So, we got the boys together and off we went! Did I mention ever how much more involved it is to get moving with two boys, instead of one!?? Oh my…. It is a challenge!! I do not want Ethan to grow up cause he is going to be my "baby" for awhile, but I can't wait til he can walk, etc! By that time, Zach will be dressing himself, etc. Life will be so much easier not having to pack a diaper bag, or the car like I am leaving for 2 weeks! But, you know how it goes -- You have to always be prepared!!

So, we got to the West side, and ofcourse it was awesome to see my in-laws. Have I told you how amazing my M-I-L is?? She always thinks of the greatest gifts to get us, and you can tell each one was carefully thought of. Ethan got a "car" for x-mas. He will be spending lots of time in that car! It is so darn cute. The horn plays music, and beeps, etc. He also got lots of beginner toys! Zachary got a Thomas train. He loved it! RED, his favorite color! Then, he got car, truck, after car, truck! Everyone knows how much he loves them!!
He got all kinds of fun things! He was so happy and content playing with 1 thing, if that’s all he got. :)
My M-I-L got me this CUTE bracelet which has hearts on it. From what I heard, my other S-I-L got one too, so we could match! :) I also got this black purse. But, its not just an ordinary purse….its a Magnetic one. It has different covers that go over it!!! I got like 5 different covers to go over it, which are SOOOO cute!! Can't wait to use this purse! I also got a hanger which hangs in my closet and holds the other covers while they aren't being used, and for easy use to just grab and go, without EVER having to switch out the contents in the inside of my purse! FANTASTIC idea, huh!???
I got some other little things too from each of the family members! :)
Josh got a new New York Giants coat! But this one has all the championship patches on it, and a whole bunch more. He also got a new electric razor. I was thinking of getting one for him, since the other one grew legs and walked off, I kinda figured someone else would get it for him though!! And Josh got some additional other things from the rest of the family!
We hung out for alittle bit, and then back to the East Valley we came for the remainder of the day! We got to my parents house, and we were just waiting for "Cousin" and my brother and S-I-L to come over to hang out. They got there, and the boys played, and we just hung out. Soon after, it was time to open presents. Zach was not interested in the least. He wanted to play with toys that he already had. Almost to show Mom and Dad --" Please don’t get rid of these, I still use them!!" Hahahaha
So, Zachary got a new TRAIN TABLE!!! WHOA… it’s a big one, with tracks, and trains. He is going to LOVEEEEE it! He sees them in the stores, and has a fit if we do not let him play with the trains, etc.
He got clothes, and toys toys toys! WONDER PETS even showed up there. He is in LOVE with them!! He got a Flyboat from Santa at our house, and wouldn't put that thing down. If I hear the theme song one more time,… I am gonna!! :) I am so glad he loves his toys!!!
Aunt Sara got him toys, and she got me this bracelet that I have on today. How is it that people just know me?? I love big balls!! Hahahaha <----------Sara I am sure you are having a laugh at this one!! HAHAHAHA
I got all kinds of cool things from each of the family members, that I am sure to use!!! From my parents, Josh and I got a carpet cleaner. Whoa baby, will this thing get put to good use. With my son, he has a never ending wonder with what will happen to the carpet if I slowly spit this out of my mouth on it. UH!!! I wish I could break him of this habit. We had a wonderful dinner, great company, and the holiday was AMAZING!!!! I am sad to see it go, cause I LOVEEE this time of year. But, excited to see what 2010 has in store for us!

My X-mas Wish List

I just want things which are going to be practical, and USED! We are doing that for others this year. When we buy... I always think how the people we buy for are going to use it. :)

1. A new black eye liner, with some cool eye shadow colors. I also like the ULTA WINE lip gloss.

2. A new crock pot to cook some yummy meals in.

3. I like necklaces....... :)

4. New Shoes (I wear 9's)

5. Shirts, I wear XL due to my boobs being alittle larger than normal people's. HAHAHA

6.Any kind of keepsakes for the kids.

Stay Tuned for more. I will continue to update this list...........

Christmas Show 2009

I absolutely LOVE this christmas show!! It always puts me in the spirit of the season, and makes Christmas that much more amazing! What an awesome story of Jesus. The reason behind the season as well. I just love it. Yes, these are angels flying from the ceiling. IT IS BREATHTAKING!! They are so beautiful -- i just cant get over how amazing of a show it is. Zachary was so in love with all the lazars and all the lights, and music. He just couldn't take his eyes off the stage, of what came next.
I cant wait til next year. He will love it even more and more. It is a perfect way to show him exactly what x-mas is, and the celebrations of Jesus's Birthday!!
CHECK OUT THE X-MAS TREE IN THE BACK. IT IS STORIES AND STORIES TALL -- WITH ACTUAL CHOIR MEMBERS SITTING IN IT, SINGING!!! ITS SO GREAT!!~~~***************************

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Oh My Zach....

WHAT A HAM.... Zachary gets cuter and cuter by the day. His sense of humor, is absolutely halarious!! He does the best "funny face" where his eye brows go up, and he puts his mouth in an "O". SOOO FUNNY!!! He loves making others laugh!!

Here he is, with Mom's sunglasses on. He has just started liking hats. Just wait til I get a picture of this winter hat I got him, that finally fits this year! He put it on today, and I laughed so hard!!

More to come!!!

Christmas is Coming!!!!

Love this time of year! Not because of presents, cause lets face it-- I have everything I need or want. I never let something sit on a list til the end of the year, I just go buy it! So, what does one get another who has everything?? I told Josh he can get me these cute Candies PJ's, perfume that I love, and thats pretty much all I can think of. Usually I get some kind of kitchen gadget for x-mas,..........and I was really thinking about asking for yet another Crock-Pot, since I love putting meals in there and letting them cook all day! But I have a nice stone one right now... do I really need another!?? YES!!!!!!!! hahahaha

X-mas is going to be so fun this year for the boys! Well, not so much for Ethan, because he is going to be only 3 months, but for Zach, yes! Daddy and Mom have been busy getting all kinds of things together for him. I think we have been to Costco now 2 times for cars that Dad likes, and then we have to check back to see the new supply they got 2 weeks later. Each time, Zach gets a couple. Uh-- spoiled child. What is it with me not being able to go into a Target or Walmart, and walk into the toy section and not get the kid atleast 1 toy while there. (Each time he is with me) He always walks away with something, which I know one day is going to be a BAD HABIT! I probably should break that now. Its nothing to me, cause usually its a .97 cent matchbox car for him, but the point is... its SOMETHING he gets EVERYTIME. I tell you... S.P.O.I.L.E.D!!!

So, Zachary has those cars, I got him a hotwheels box which has this huge racing track in it, with cars. Daddy said he had one when he was smaller, and wants to be able to play with Zach like his Dad did with him. I got him a huge box of Mr. Potatoe head stuff, cause his P.T. therapist says those are FANTASTIC for coordination, learning fine motor skills kids dont have when they go into pre-school. Plus, it allows him to see body parts, and know what they are, and where they go. More cars -- I think he got like 5 boxes of 5 packs of cars, and trucks, clothes, he got the "flyboat" from Wonder Pets, which he now loves as his new favorite show. Mommy and Daddy went to Toys R Us the other day to look at what our plan was for his "big present" and we found a wonder pets Movie. Ofcourse he got it right there and then, and LOVES watching it in the car! He sits in the backseat laughing, and just loves when they sing their songs, etc. So, the flyboat sings songs, and does little clips of what they say on the show. SOOO CUTE!! Mommy really likes it. I got him a "Cars" carrying case for all his bazillion cars he has and is going to get. He got Cars stuff from the disney store, as well as a remote controlled Tigger driving a go-cart. As well as other things... too much to name. I think Josh counted and said the pile for his was up to like 14 presents. I said, Josh we gotta stop here. Hahaha.......but his big present I think has been put back a bit. We need to resod the area I want to install one of those huge play systems. And we can't do that til Spring. So, maybe we will do it for his 3rd b-day!! In the mean time, Daddy already has another gift picked out..... You can only imagine it is the like of every MALE on earth.............

X-mas holiday we are going to be at both sets of parents house. We will make our rounds eventually. West and East side. :)

Our New Little Family

Oh my gosh, is he adorable!!!

Love the tippy toes!!!

My Big Boy, with Mommy!!

Ethan is growing so fast!!

At over 2 months old now, he is growing so quickly! It amazes me so much how smart he already is. I love how he lays there and stares at me. He knows his Mommy, and he shows me each day how much he loves me. I am so in love with these boys. Wow......I have never known I could love so deeply and truely before. These kids have a piece of my heart that I didnt even know existed. Each day that goes by, these boys make me laugh, and our bond as family just grows and grows.

I never thought the day would come where I would say that Zach is finally starting to adjust to Ethan being around. I think he gets that he isnt going home, or leaving... and he has to. So now, Zach calls him "E" and yells "E" all the time. He is always checking on him in his swing, and if ethan doesnt have a pacifier in his mouth, Zach will try to help him. He has not hit him, or tried to hit him recently, which is a good thing. When someone asks where the baby is, he yells "Babyyyyyy" and points to Ethan. So, I think things are going better, as Ethan gets older.

Ethan has come to the age of batting at things infront of him, and grabbing onto me, and never letting go. He likes to grab my hair, and locks on to the point it takes someone else to come unclasp his hand. What a strong peanut he is! He looks at his mommy and just gives me that look like, Hi Mommy............I know exactly who you are, .... and everything about you!! He has studied long and hard! I just love this time as they are small and mighty!

Ethan saw a nutritionist the other day, which said that he is ok to start on cereal. She said if he is tolerating it in his bottles to weigh it down so the acid reflux doesnt come up, then he could try some in a bowl, with a spoon and see how he tolerates it. He has done well!! No throwing any of it up so far. And also seems to have helped him sleep through the night more. 1st night on it, he went to sleep at 9pm, and didnt get up til 5:30am the next morning! Josh was wondering if he was alright!! :) I said Daddy--- those days are coming to an end of being up all night with our little peanut. Awe....................as much as I hate not getting enough sleep.............that was when him and I spent some of our closest moments!! My peanut is getting bigger and bigger as the days go on! Keep up the good work buddy............... cause you are going to be a strong and mighty little boy, just like your big brother! You two amaze me each day!

<3 Mommy

Thanksgiving 2009

We went to my in-laws on the West side for the whole day, and even stayed somewhat into the night there to decorate their tree. My tree had already been up for a couple days, however wasn't decorated or anything. I wanted to try to make a tradition of going to Thanksgiving, coming home, and doing our own tree. That didn't work out too well, as both kids were exausted when we got home. So, we waited a couple days after to do so. Zachary is curious over the ornaments. What would happen if i took this glass ball, and threw it like this!!?? Wham... Crash... and Shatter later, I have been sweeping my floor quite a bit lately cause he has broken a couple already. He likes the noise I think of them shattering, and when he is done, he gets a look on his face like... Oh, Mommy I am sorry!! I am more concerned over the glass on the floor, but ofcourse this is just one of those moments in life of learning cause and effect. So, Mommy has taken pretty much every glass ornament on her tree and moved them up higher. I have boxes full anyhow, so I am not too concerned. Any expensive ornaments certainly arent going to be near the bottom, so we were safe there!

So, Thanksgiving was a great day! We had a lot of fun seeing family that we didnt see for awhile. It was most of their first times meeting Ethan, and ofcourse they loved him so much! Nana was busy cooking dinner, so she couldn't hold him much, however stole kisses here and there and admired her sweet new grandson. Zachary ofcourse LOVED playing with the other kids.

Jackie is about 2 months younger than he is, and he is so entrigued with her. When the bigger kids were wrestling Zach stood back and watched not exactly knowing how he was going to be involved, but he quickly thought of a way.... he ran up to Chris while the other kids jumped on him, Zach started kicking him. It was the most halarious thing to see a 2 year old trying to actually kick and hurt a 11 yr old. LMAO. Everyone was laughing, and Zachary got such a kick out of it! He gets so happy when all the kids are there......and loves the holidays when everyone is together!

Dinner was amazing. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes <--- which I dont eat, green bean casserole, rolls, etc. etc. etc. There was so much food!! :) Mommy only ate one plate, and at that, it was only about 1/2 as Ethan woke up right in the middle of dinner. So mommy did the honors, and spent my dinner with him taking care of him.

EVERYONE RELAXING AFTER

It was then after eating their tree got decorated. Zachary LOVED helping!!! He kept thinking the M&M garland was real and tried to eat it!! So Nana finally got him his own M&M's to really eat!!

IT GOES OVER THERE EILEEN!!!

Roll of Lights anyone!???

Holding the ladder for Angie~~

Ethan then started his normal colick cry around 6pm, and with much effort of trying to get things calmed down, about 9pm, it was time for us to go home so I could get the kids in bed. On top of the hour drive home. Overall it was a great day!!

I cooked my own turkey at my house just because, and we didnt even eat it. Lets just say I am still trying to get down the whole cooking/wife/family thing. It was the dryest bird I had ever seen. I choked on the 1st piece of meat I put in my mouth, and decided that it probably wasnt going to work. Where did I go wrong!??? Hahahahaha

On to x-mas! I love the holidays and spending time with family!!!!

All I want for Chrismas is....

A baby girl................. :( But how do I do that when having final number 3 could mean just another sweet little boy............. Since the Jones Family doesn't produce girls............

I think Josh is on board now.... He see's how badly I would LOVE to have one. He told me to do some research.......hahahaha.........only my husband. So since we really ideally would not want to get pregnant for another year or more... I have that much time to figure out how to sway the cards my way, if that is even possible..............

Who knows............ maybe I will change my mind entirely about having another. I have been known to go back and forth on this.... I love my boys........and our little family. But, I am out numbered & I would love a daughter to do special Mom and Daughter things with. Maybe pay for a wedding in 25 years, and do all the amazing special things a Mom can only do with a daughter. My Special Wish.............I hope one day it is granted.................. :)

Problem Solved......We Hired A Nanny!!!

I am thrilled!! The Nanny has now been with us two weeks, and she is WONDERFUL!!!
I had no idea what I was going to do. I thought I was in a rut, because my parents were out of the country on their trip, I needed to go to work, calling in for 2 weeks wasn't an option, and putting them in daycare with the swine flu going around and "E" being only 6 weeks wasn't an option per his pediatrician if we could help it.

So I placed and Ad, and started interviewing. The perfect nanny would come to my home before I left for work, cook Zach his meals, hang out with Ethan and make sure he was fed and changed, know CPR for children and infants, have a fingerprint clearance card, not mind dogs, and be educated in children, or school age appropriate activities etc. for 2 yrs olds, and older.

I ofcourse had many answers to the ad. Lots of kids looking for work after they had just gotten out of H.S. --- some Mom's who wanted to bring their kids here as well, ( which we would have allowed if they signed a waiver we were not responsible for injury in our home.) Mom's who hated their jobs, cause they were taking advantage of the economy and walking all over the employees and they wanted to get out, but had to have some kind of income coming in.
Then, there was Kari. She was educated. Ran her own daycare with 19 kids, has preschool and kindergarden education. Raised 3 boys of her own already, and just stuck out like a sore thumb. I set up interviews. Kari being number 1--- and WE LOVED HER!!! She brought me her CPR copies of her cards for infants and children. She is STARRS certified in california, she had a finger print clearance card, which she provided a copy to me as well, she had ideas on what she was going to do with Zach. What a normal day would consist of,.... Painting, drawing, learning numbers, letters, potty training, etc. etc. etc. it went on and on. I was AMAZED!!! The next interviewee showed up, and we had to say goodbye. As she was walking out, Josh and I looked at each other like-- Whoa, this one is going to be hard to beat!! Turns out,.... she was!!! We ended up cancelling all additional interviews after the next one showed up, and later that night I called and offered her the job. She immediately said she was excited.... and it has been AMAZING ever since. She is halarious--- and I just feel so comfortable with leaving my kids with her. Zach runs after her blowing kisses goodbye, Ethan is always well taken care of when Josh gets home, I have pictures and paintings on my fridge when I get home, hand painted ornaments for our x-mas tree---- SHE ROCKS!!!
We put a muzzle on Molly for 2 days in the beginning, and now she totally knows she belongs. We have not muzzled her since day 3 when Kari got here, and she walked in the front door, and even the blind, deaf dog got excited! Hahaha.... she lays right by her, and she is doing great with her!!! <---------Definately happy this little relationship/understanding is working for these 2.

So worth the money to have a Nanny......SO WORTH it. I have a babysitter on the weekends if I ever need one to go shopping, hang out with my husband and do dinner and a movie, go holiday shopping, etc. etc. I work Black Fri. or else I would still have her here while I went shopping. But, I will definately be taking her up on the shopping or date with my husband. Makes me so happy!!! She came into our lives, at the most perfect time!!!

So the boss returns.... and the saga continues....

Well, she wasn't too happy to come back to what she found out was going on. We each got pulled into a conference, and asked what was going on, cause she got an invite in with the site director at 3pm. She listened to what happened..........and was appauled by what her team said about her. Her favorite one that the team said about her was that she had a Napolean Complex. Hahahaha

Well, lets just say the team has quieted down, still are unfriendly to the new people, but who cares. They are just scared that we are going to outdo them, cause basically they are at the bottom of the barrel numbers wise. I guess you have to look at it this way -- The only way at this point, ... IS UP... hahaha and when you get expierenced people doing this job... thats where it shall go!! UP :)

By the way,.... wondering what ever happened to good ole' Christy???? Well, she attempted to access the building on Thursday.... and her badge was DENIED. Christy is looking for a new job, today. Good luck racial discriminating in a workplace again. That will get ya everytime!! Hahahaha.....

Did I tell you about my job,... and new team!???

Can we say the 1st 2 weeks I was there, i thought I made the biggest mistake in the world. Oh boy..... Oh boy.....
So, we met our "team" the 1st 3 days we were there. There was no friendly welcome from ANY of them. It was like we walked onto the team with a bunch of snobby, stuck on themselves, Bitc*es. Hahaha... I was like, oh boy here we go. Number 1, I would RATHER have a male as a boss, and the more males on the team, the better. My personality with woman... oh yikes. When they are dumb, or acting so, I feel the need to have my forward Chicago personality and say so. Just something I have not lost over all these years. The ability to be outspoken, and not know when to keep my mouth closed. Hahaha.....
So, there was this girl Christy on the team, who decided to racially discriminate and call my friend Leigh a "whetta", which means "whitey" in spanish. You can't imagine a more outspoken girl then me.... well you haven't met Leigh then. She wanted to get up in Christy's face, and go at it. You are probably asking-- was this at your work, or in high school!??? Yes... I asked myself that same question. Hahahaha... so this totally started workplace drama. I wanted to keep my nose in my desk, and hide. Hahaha.... not to mention our boss was out of the office at the time, and there wasn't anyone there that was going to do anything about it!!
So, on to the next drama, the whole team hates the manager, and made it known to say the least. I honestly thought I was working for the daughter of Satan by the things they said about her. I was definately at this time, second guessing my idea of returning to work. Hahaha. We were told she is a hardcore micro manager, she is strict, there is no fun on her team, if she doesn't like you, she will have you hitting the highway faster than you know what hit you. Oh gosh... and it goes On & On & On. I honestly called my old boss and said-- "Hey, I want to come back over to your dept." He currently is looking for a job for me to do there, so I could get out of "hell on earth" as I put it. hahaha

Returning back to work..........

For a while I didn't think returning to work was for me. With 2 boys at home, I thought I would LOVE spending my days at home with them. I do love spending my time with them, however it was too much for me not to put my skills to use. I felt like I was loosing my ability to work. My ability to be worth the dollar amount I worked so hard to be worth. I got all this education/training to sit at home, and do nothing!?? No way........

So, I got a job opportunity that I didn't want to turn down. One day I got a call regarding a job called a "L1 Decisioner." You have to have extensive processing background, and be on the level of "Senior" or SME. (Subject Matter Expert)

I loved working for Wells Fargo in the Home Mortgage Dept. LOVEEDDD ITTT.... and couldn't wait to return back to that!!! So, I took the job offer..... Definately getting nicely compensated for doing so as well!!

Babysitting the kids were our family friend, and my Dad came by too to check in and see how things were going here. It worked out perfectly, cause the boys got the stay home, sleep in their beds, and didnt have to wake up at 4:30am or 5am to be out the door so Mom could get to work. Worked out PERFECTLY!! And the kids were very happy!! Then, my parents and Polly and her daughter were leaving for their trip to Italy, Greece, Spain, and Egypt for 2 weeks. I needed to figure out what I was going to do, and do it quickly!!

Ethan's 1 month Checkup

Ethan went to the doctor on 11/6 for his 1 month checkup. We got him weighed, measured, head circumference, and we talked lots about him!

Ethan's Statistics as of 11/6/09
Weight: 10 lbs 0 oz. ---- 25th percentile
Height: 22" ------50th percentile
Head Circumference: 14 3/4" --25th percentile

The Dr. didn't yell at me like I thought she would about his weight. Well, I guess that's because we didnt see his regular pediatrician. We saw another Dr. in the office, cause Ethan's Dr. was booked out pretty far for well visit exams. Dr. Wallace was really nice. I guess it wasn't concern because the child is in the 25th percentile for weight. Its not like he is in the 75th or higher. She listened to what was going on with him, and had some good advice of what we could try to help poor Ethan and the acid reflux. We got a prescription for Prevacid while we were there, and spoke about the Zantac he was currently on. The Plan: to start him on both daily, and then slowly wean him off the Zantac and keep him solely on the prevacid. Dr. Wallace said his head strength is great!! He is very strong! We were to also start on 5 minutes of tummy time a day. That would help him continue to grow in his strength. So far, its worked!!

Ethan got 1 shot this last visit. Hepatitis B shot. Poor buddy-- I always think they hurt Mom worse than baby. He cried for 3 seconds, at the most. It was super quick. I am not looking forward to his 2 month visit, where they will give him 4 shots, and 1 orally. I think this time around with my 2nd, its alittle different. I can actually watch them get the shots, where as with Zach, it hurt me too badly, and I always had to turn away. My little tough guy!! Mommy was so proud.

Nov. 9th is coming quickly

So, "Maternity Leave" is almost up, if thats what you want to call it. I was super excited to take that last month off work, relax, get ready for the baby and spend some extra 1 on 1 time with Zach before Ethan was born. Then, came Ethan, and my life got so busy, and overwhelming with the lack of sleep, and the constant go go go, of a 2 1/2 year old. Oh boy, I can't imagine people who do this stuff with twins, or more! :) I would be run down, even more so than I already feel now.
It is a Fri. night and the rule usually is, I am on Baby Duty Sun-Thurs. since Josh goes to work, he obviously needs to get as much sleep as possible. During the week, I usually dont have any problems, throughout the night taking care of things. By the time Fri comes, I do like to have the break, and help. Tonight, is Fri. and it is 1:30am and I am awake, the baby is asleep in his swing next to me, and Josh is once again off duty, because he took the easy way out. The baby wouldn't stop fussing for him, which meant I couldn't sleep. So, I got up and took the baby to make sure he was taken care of. Fed, changed diaper, alittle medicine for his stomach, and off to sleep he went. If men only used their heads and figured out why they were fussing. Hmmm... he is a month old -- not too many options.... Is he wet? Hungry? Does his tummy hurt? Fever? If you answer YES to any of the following, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, and solve the issue of the baby fussing. :) Hahaha... instead Mom is up, and it is done now. The household is sleeping, EXCEPT for me. Whats wrong with this picture!? I guess I am just waiting for SOMEONE to wake up again, so whats the use in laying my head down. (This usually is how it goes, just when I lay down to go to sleep, I am up again.)
So, back to work I go... on Nov. 9th. I do not know how I will take care of "E" full time, work fulltime, and take care of my household fulltime. Josh will definately need to step up and start doing things as well. I am so excited for this new opportunity!! I always usually am pretty lucky as to what falls in my lap. Its nice having the expierence to pretty much walk on the floor, and get recognized for the expierence, job knowledge, and be offered new and different opportunities. So, my new job, I will be what is called a "Decisioner." My job will be to look at people's current mortgages, evaluate the situation, underwrite the loan basically to try to restructure it to make it more bearable for people to afford. Not a bad job. It makes GREAT $$ and gives me underwriting expierence which I dont have currently. Once I have that expierence down, I can pretty much more all around the company in any capacity. I LOVE IT --- And I love having connections where people and these jobs come to me... and I don't have to go looking for a job. If I ever needed to return to work full-time for any reason, I know I could get a job here anytime.
I am looking only at taking this position for around 3 months. I really don't want to work throughout the kids growing up, but somethings have come to light with Zach, and once he turns 3, I most likely will not be able to work. There is no way I can work my own schedule around a 3 year olds, which will be having his own schedule going on. Mom needs to be available to take him/pick him up. So, I am going to keep my sanity and work for a few months, cause my opportunity will be dwindling with the changes coming down the road with Zach.

I love change. I love things never staying the same, and being able to advance. Love learning new things, and becoming worth even more $, and I love the fact that I enjoy what I do,... and I am good at it....

Taking the boys to the Pumpkin Patch

Each year, since I pretty much married my husband, we have a ritual. We usually meet up with my in-laws and Josh's little brother Jacob, and go to a pumpkin patch on the West side, where they live. Even though we had just had Ethan, this year was no different, and we had to continue our ritual. The night we went, I think it got down to a low of 90 degrees, so it really didn't feel like "Fall" outside. I am not complaining, cause I like the weather where its not too hot, and its not cold.

Here is Jacob showing Zach the little baby chicks:

This is Nanna and Zach with the baby chicks: ( My MIL is so brave to pick those things up! Hahaha, ewwwww.... <---- I am a germaphobe when it comes to animals like this...
