Decisions, Decisions, Decisions...

So now that we have a name for Mr. Ethan Alexander Jones I have decided that I really want to keep the room theme the Stars one I liked. I like the colors- and personally, I like how simple and sheek it will look when all done. Just really classic, which is what I would like for Ethan. I would like to either have stars painted on the walls, or stars that have been painted hanging from the ceiling, or put on the walls, as décor. Fun Stuff!! So much to do… so little time!!


Zach has always had a great colorful room, and I personally think he would miss it if we didn’t give him another one. He likes to stand in his bed and touch the fish on the walls, and likes to lay there and look at them. Because my son is a CAR phanatic, I think this room we are going to build for him will suit him just fine.

My Mom and Susan wanted to host a "sprinkle" for baby Ethan and celebrate him. I got asked some opinions and thoughts on things today, and hope that we can have something low key, and fun for everyone. The best part about Zach's shower I think was doing the photo and the book of "messages" to him. I ran across that book the other day that we put together and it was such an amazing reminder of all the special people we got to share our baby shower with. That was a great day! Baby Ethan I atleast wanted to do something fun for, so that he doesn't feel left out. Just cause he is the 2nd child, doesn’t mean that he doesn’t deserve us to celebrate his life as well. We just want to have a party and celebrate him, and all the hard work we had to go through to have him. What a miracle and a blessing for us!!

So, until next time. Right now I am working on getting things set up for when I go on my "leave" Aug. 28th. Time is flying by. I can't believe it’s the 5th already!! I have less than 3 working days weeks left. The extra month before he is born will allow me to slow down, and not worry as much. I will have the time to try to accomplish everything I want. However, nesting has already started, and I want things done, NOW NOW NOW. You never know when the little bugger is going to want to come!
I just want to make sure we are all ready! :)
